Anthony Cardenas serves as an Assistant Pastor.  Pastor Tony is married to Rachel, and they have served at McCauley Baptist Church since 2003.  Pastor Tony retired in 2012 from full-time ministry, but still serves as an assistant pastor and also teaches a Growth Group here at McCauley.

Michael Martinez is our Worship and Young Adults Pastor here at McCauley Baptist Church and also serves as a pastoral assistant and director of facilities.  Michael was born and raised in San Antonio and grew up at McCauley Baptist Church.  Michael is the son of Juan and Rosalinda Martinez, longtime members of McCauley.  Michael is married to Bethany (Charles).  Michael is a talented musician and vocalist and desires to lead the church to worship the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Bethany is a 1st & 2nd grade teacher at McCauley Christian Academy in San Antonio.  Michael and Bethany have wonderful servants hearts and desire to serve the Lord by serving others. Michael and Bethany live in San Antonio with their American Bulldog, Samson.

Emilio Carrasco serves as High School Student Pastor of McCauley Baptist Church.  Emilio and Jan were married in February 1992. They have three sons; Gabriel, Jacob and Elijah.  In October of 2014, Gabe married Angelina.  Emilio and Jan became grandparents to Nolan Ryan Carrasco in June of 2015 and Ethan Emiliano Carrasco in 2017.  Emilio and Jan have a great heart for our youth and a strong desire to see them love and follow Christ all the days of their lives. In 2023, the Carrasco's celebrated 29 years serving as High School Youth Pastor at McCauley! The Carrasco's live in San Antonio with their two boys.

Cory Morales serves as Middle School Student Pastor of McCauley Baptist Church.  Cory and Emily attended Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri and were married in August of 2019. They began serving as the NXT GEN middle school leaders in August of 2021.  Cory and Emily have a great love for the middle school students and a sincere desire to see them saved and growing in their relationship with Jesus Christ.  Cory and Emily live in San Antonio with their Bulldog, Gus. 

Kyle Quidley serves as our Media and Worship Pastor at McCauley Baptist Church and as a Bible Teacher and History Teacher at McCauley Christian Academy.  Kyle graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri in May of 2020 with a Batchelor of Arts degree in Bible and Worship Ministry. Kyle is a gifted vocalist, worship leader and Bible teacher, and also  does all of our media and church online. Kyle lives in North San Antonio.

Mrs. Michelle Miller is our Academy Administrator.  Mrs. Miller has been an educator for over 25 years. Mrs. Miller received her BS in Elementary Education/Minor in Bible from Clearwater Christian College and her Masters of Education in Teaching and Learning from Liberty University. Mrs. Miller holds a professional level certification from the Association of Christian Schools International, and a certificate in Educational Leadership.  Her greatest joy is seeing students accept Jesus Christ as their Savior.  Mrs. Miller and her husband, Rich, have four children, Hunter, Riley, CJ, and Chloe.

Dr. Jericho Park serves as a Pastoral Assistant and a co-leader in McCauley Español, our Spanish ministry.  Dr. Park graduated from the University of Texas with a medical degree and pursued Anesthesiology until God moved in his heart and he surrendered to ministry.  Dr. Park serves as math and science teacher at McCauley Christian Academy as well as his service to McCauley Baptist Church.  Jericho and Kate live in San Antonio with their dog, Sasha.  

Pastor Rick Laurel serves as a Pastoral Assistant and co-leader of McCauley Espanol, and also serves as a Biblical Counselor.  Bro. Rick served as lead pastor at a church in Roma, Texas before having health issues.  Pastor Rick also currently serves as a middle and high school teacher at McCauley Christian Academy.  Rick and his wife, Janie, have four kids and two grandkids.  They live in San Antonio.
